Your powerful voice that you held in criticising yourself from the inside.

Your honest truth that you abandoned to play the good girl to keep yourself safe.

Your belly laughter you hid because your joy might make others jealous.

Your sensuality you cut off from because your sexual shame, judgement and fear was too overwhelming.

Your unique magic you dimmed and hid behind walls because you believed that if you let yourself sparkle you’d be ABANDONED.

Your softness you had to harden to survive and chose control instead.

Your play you’ve had to shut away because you had the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Your heart you had to cut off from because you lost trust with yourself and the world.

Your body you had to run away from because it was too scary to feel.

Your creative life force you blocked because you tried to create from your head and not your heart or perhaps you always believed you weren’t creative at all.

Your story YOU REJECTED because you believed it was your biggest downfall RATHER THAN your greatest gift.

(And if all that sounds a bit scary, then its probably your soul calling out for it! Just know that I’ve got you. And you’ve got you. And Mama Earth’s got you. )

For years we have been told we’re too bad, too wrong, too ferocious, too much - so we learnt to suppress and abandon parts of ourselves, sacrificing and pretending to fit in and appease. We learnt to cut parts of ourselves off and push them into the shadows - far away where no one can see them, performing a version of ourselves that we think others will love.

But we can always feel them, the roar of those sacred and magical parts calling us home.

We’ve got to admit all that pretending really is exhausting. Enraging actually. And then we shove that part down as well.

Dr. Gabor Mate says that women are for times more likely to die from suppressing our emotions and not saying “no”. This is what years, and I mean hundreds of years of conditioning did to our feminine power - believing that we must suppress our expression in order to survive. But it’s actually killing us.

Our free expression, our authenticity is not only the most powerful frequency on the planet, it is our sacred life force. The same one that creates all life.

Our expression is our birthright and actually our greatest gift to ourselves, our loved ones and humanity. For too long we’ve associated it with pain, trauma and self-sacrifice. Yet to be a woman is the most magical thing.

Women are the oracles. The visionaries. The Seers. The Healers. The Earth Wisdom Keepers. The bridges between Heaven and Earth. The doulas of Soul from Spirit into Matter - the Mother. We’re the Goddess embodied, the Scarlett Women, the Witches.

They thought they could burn us, forgetting we’re forged in fire.

When we have a sacred and safe space to feel, embody and remember the parts of us we’ve locked away, we are reminded truly of our beauty, our power and our heart-soaring magic. You can finally let go of the stories and patterns you’ve been carrying, ancestrally, collectively. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. Just watch.

This is soul work because when we give ourselves full permission to express parts of ourselves we’ve locked away, we alchemise our story into LIVING magicALLY, truthFULLY, FULL of purpose and power.

WE REMEMBER WHO WE CAME HERE TO BE AND THIS RESONATES IN EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIFE - EMBODIED IN OUR WORK, IN OUR RELATIONSHIPS AND IN OURSELVES. FULL EXPRESSION AND AUTHENTICITY IS THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY ON THE PLANET SO WHEN WE RECLAIM THESE PARTS AND FULLY EXPRESS THEM AS JOY, TRUTH, WILDNESS AND FREEDOM - WE ARE LIVING OUR TRUE DHARMA AND LIFE CAN’T HELP BUT GIFT US EVERYTHING WE’VE EVER DREAMED OF BECAUSE WE BECOME A LIVING GIFT TO THE WORLD.
